It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carter Phillips Burrell Sr. of Sylvester, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on August 23, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Carter Young and Sue Duke Burrell; and his wife Joyce Brooks Burrell. He is survived by : his children, Scott Burrell (Winona) of Atlanta, Tracy Burrell of Florida, Chris Burrell of Sylvester and Phillip Burrell (Nancy) of Sylvester; and his grandchildren, Michael Burrell, Savannah Burrell, Steven Burrell, Madison Burrell, Kylee Burrell and Zoe Burrell.
