He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Johnson and Johnnie Mae Jackson Johnson (Essie); his daughters, Johnnie Mae Chancey, Susie Mae Johnson and Ella Mae Johnson; and his siblings, Porter Melton, Irvin Johnson, Andrew Johnson, Charlie Johnson, Leroy Johnson, Ella Mae Bivens, Susie Mae Johnson and Annie Mae Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Paulene Sherman Johnson; his children, Henry Glenn, Willie Johnson, Jr., Leroy Johnson, Andrew Johnson and Justine Jeffrey; and his sister Ernestine Deshazor. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces, neighbors and friends.
