She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas O. Lewis, Jr. and Inis Benson Lewis; and her son Brad Kendrick. She is survived by: her children, Terry Kendrick (Gwen), Cindy Hancock (Johnny), Eddie Kendrick (Karla), Neil Kendrick (Priscilla) and Ted Clements; her grandchildren, Anya Goldinger (Bobby), Tiffany Parrish (Jason), Laura Porche (Timothy), Erika Kendrick, Blake Kendrick (Mike), Elyse Futch (Jonathan), Sarah Amos (Allen), Hannah Donnahoo (Trey), Bailey Paris (Will), Lindsey Kendrick, Chloe Clements, Grant Kendrick (Madison), Mason Kendrick, Kaylee Clements and Riley Clements; and her siblings, Thomas O. Lewis III, Suzanne Donnelly and Diana Lynn Jenkins. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Banks Funeral Home (210 N Main St, Sylvester, GA 31791). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at the Kimball Methodist Church (201 Kimball Church Rd., Doerun, GA 31744).
