He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Lola Barfield Kemp; his wife Betty McDaniel Kemp; and his daughter Sherry Lynn Kemp. He is survived by: his son Terry Kemp (Melanie Newton); his grandson Jarrett Kemp (Catherine); and his brothers, Johnny McDaniel and Tommy Hughes.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Salem Baptist Church (902 Jewell Crowe Rd, Sylvester, GA 31791). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 at the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery (902 Jewell Crowe Rd, Sylvester, GA 31791).
