He was predeceased by: his parents, James Banks, Jr. and Sara Banks. He is survived by: his siblings, Keith Banks (Eleanor), Daryle Banks (Beverly) and Kisha Banks-Kornegay; his children, Janetta Banks and Derrick Glover; and his grandchildren, Camila Love and Derrick Glover, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Shipp's Funeral Home Chapel (501 W Willingham St, Sylvester, GA 31791).
