He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Paul and Anna Mae Shivok; and his siblings, Richard Shivok, Bonnie Cell and Ronald Shivok.
He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Shivok; his children, Michael J. Shivok, Amy Powell, LeeAnn Peel and Andy Martin; and his brother Dennis Shivok. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
