Stephens (Sylvester, Georgia), born in Tallulah Falls, Georgia, who passed away on October 27, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Curtis Flournoy and Annie Laura Hudson Stephens; his daughter Rhonda Lisa Salter; his granddaughter Jamie Lee Smith; and his brothers, William C. Stephens and Sammy F. Stephens.

He is survived by : his significant other Joan Hufstetler Stephens of Doerun, GA; his children, Lisa Stephens of Albany, Susan Stephens of Albany, GA, Angie Saunders (Mark) of Locust, Ginger Sledge (Gerald) of Sumner, GA and Lance Smith (Michelle) of Bainbridge, GA; and his grandchildren, Brandon Truelove, Adam Saunders, Adrianna Salter Mclendon, Sara Burnette, Tyler Salter, Leah Marie Smith, Laura McCann and Emily McCann. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, a host of extended family members and friends.
