He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Wilson Kibbee and Phyllis Head Kibbee. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Kibbee of Sylvester; his children, Tammy Kennedy, Patrick of Winterhaven, FL, Wendy Kibbee of Luna Pier, MI, Becky Davidson and Joel of Temperance, MI; his stepchildren, Sarah Sampson of Bryan, OH, Tracey Jones, Hal of Leesburg, Jennifer Nix of Auburndale, FL, Roger Neal Jackson and Christina of Polk City, FL; and his siblings, Richard Kibbee of Davenport, FL and Sharon Seaman of Wauseon, OH. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Philema Road Baptist Church (114 Stocks' Dairy Rd, Leesburg, GA 31763). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
