He was predeceased by : his mother Patricia Moody Hodge. He is survived by : his parent Van Wayne Hodge, Sr. of Sylvester; his children, Savannah Hodge of Leesburg and Jacob Hodge of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Parker Brookerd and Ava Brookerd; his sister Tammy Lawhorn (Jeff) of Lake Blackshear; his pet Abby; and his girlfriend Jeanie Carter of Sylvester. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
