He is survived by: his brother Johnny Stephens; and his close friends, Laura Hollingshed, Michael Tucker and Estelle Jones. He is also survived by Many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Cagle Funeral Home (364 E Church St, Jasper, GA 30143). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Robert A. Cagle Memorial Chapel at Cagle Funeral Home (364 E Church St, Jasper, GA 30143).
