She was predeceased by: her husband Bee Bell; and her son Larry Powell. She is survived by: her sons, Richard (Sandra Powell), David Bell of Talking Rock, Daniel (Christi Bell), Donald (Tonya Bell) and Douglas Bell of Talking Rock; her brother Guy; her sister-in-law Betty Mullins of Jasper; and her grandchildren, Josh, Lauren Powell, Holly, Dylan Ellis, Shaun, Hannah Bell, Adam, Emily Bell, Brooke Bell, Brandon Bell, Landon Bell, Lacey Bell and Cole Bell. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Roper Funeral Home and Crematory (206 Holly St, Jasper, GA 30143). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Ball Creek Baptist Church (11340 Hwy 136 W, Talking Rock, GA 30175). A burial was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at the same location.
The family will accept flowers or memorial donations may be made to Ball Creek Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
