She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Mullinax and Leonora Ezzard Mullinax; and her siblings, J. P. Mullinax and Doris West. She is survived by: her sons, Ira Holden (Antoaneta) and John Holden (Phebe); her former husband Lamar Holden; and her grandson Noah.
