Heather leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Heather’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Heather will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Edward Martin and Frances Norton Martin. She is survived by: her daughters, Makayla Bowman (Joshua Belcher) and Savannah Martin (Harlee Freeman); her grandchildren, Kaydence Bowman, Hunter Freeman, Trenton Belcher, Kayden Belcher and Ryleigh Belcher; and her siblings, Cindy Smith (Mickey), Shawn Martin and Shane Martin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Open Door Baptist Church (500 Buchanan Bypass, Buchanan, GA 30113). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
