She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Elrod and Lois Gee Elrod; her husband Charles "Creek" Middlebrooks; her daughter Charlene Faulkner; and her siblings, Betty Jo Parks and Hoke Elrod.
She is survived by: her daughter Terri Middlebrooks of Jefferson; her grandchildren, Rod Beatty (Rachel), Andrew Faulkner and Angel Lindsey (Shawn); her son-in-law Lamar Faulkner; and her great grandchildren, Charleston Beatty, Logan Pinion (Shelby), Hunter Beatty and Luke Lindsey.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Mrs. Barbara Ann Elrod Middlebrooks to Academy Baptist Church, P.O. Box 716, Jefferson, Georgia.
