He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stephens and Carrie Ellis Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Jo Webb Stephens of Talmo; his sons, Kyle Stephens of Talmo and Taff Stephens of Jefferson; and his siblings, Lois Bishop of Dawsonville and Edward Stephens of Chestnut Mountain.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (1350 Winder Hwy, Jefferson, GA 30549).
