He was predeceased by: his grandson Joshua Waggoner; and his parents, Haden Cheatham and Joy Louise Farner Cheatham. He is survived by: his wife Belinda Gail Bowen Cheatham; his children, Vicki, Eric Massey of Hoschton, GA, Amanda, Richie Gonzales of Talmo and Leroy Cheatham, Jr. of Cleveland, TN; his grandchildren, Brent Massey, Allison Massey, Ashleigh Massey, Dawson Banks and Brooklynne Banks; and his sister April Dunn (Wade) of Turtle Town, TN.. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
