He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lee King and Martha Ledford King; his former wife Sarah Jo Bramblett King; his daughter Michelle King; and his brother Jimmy King.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Morton; his daughter Stefanie Leonard (Kirk); his brother Fred King; and his aunt Doris King. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Parnick Jennings Funeral Home & Cremation Services (430 Cassville Rd, Cartersville, GA 30120). A memorial service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cloverleaf Missionary Baptist Church (1117 Grassdale Rd NW, Cartersville, GA 30121).
