She is survived by: her son John; her daughter-in-law Melissa Mathis; her daughter Nancy Crawford of Temple; her grandchildren, Jessica, Dwight Lawhorn of Temple, Benjamin, Alex Wilczynski-Mathis of Florida, Katie Crawford of Temple, Christopher, Cati Barber of Bremen, Bryce, Madi Mathis of Temple, Rick Mathis and Teresa Rickett; her great grandchildren, Dayson Lewis, Conner Barber, Greyson Smith, Ali Jai Cox and Willow Davenport; and her brother John Boyd McElroy, Jr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
