He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward John Ludvicek and Betty Louise Ludvicek (Wheeler). He is survived by : his siblings, John Ludvicek of Temple, Victoria (Karl Kesler) and Kimberly (Cory Crocker). He is also survived by three nieces, three nephews, and a number of other relatives.

A committal service will be held on Thursday, May 16th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery (1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114).
