She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Benjamin Hollis and Mary Nora Morris Hollis; her husbands, Clarence Cole and Robert Burt; her son Eddie Cole; her granddaughters, Stephanie McCullough and Beth Frye; and her brothers, Gene Hollis and Cecil Hollis.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Prater (Herman Holden) and Byron Cole (Joan); and her grandchildren, Steve Searcy (Debbie), Keith Cole (Kristi), James Cole (Natalie) and Chris Cole (Leann). She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to New Georgia Baptist Church.
