He was predeceased by: his brother Darrell Clark. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Clark of Fruithurst, AL and Charles Theo Clark, III (Heather) of Pensacola, FL; his parents, Charles Theo Clark, Sr. and Nancy Joann Langford Clark; and his sister Donna Krisp of Smyrna, GA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
