He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bud" Carroll and Dollie Mae Summerville Carroll; his wife Linda Lovell Carroll; his sister Margie Carroll Bell; and his brother-in-law Ronald Gaston.
He is survived by: his daughter Laura; his son-in-law Cody Chavez of Temple; his siblings, Opal (Monroe Spake), Dianne (Lewis Jacobs), Larry Carroll of Athens and Danny Carroll of Villa Rica; his sister-in-law Barbara Gaston of Villa Rica; and his grandsons, Will Nolin, Jack Nolin and Brooks Chavez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Meadowbrook Memory Gardens (1100 NE Hickory Level Rd, Villa Rica, GA 30180).
