He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lipsey, Sr. and Gladys Bozeman Lipsey; and his brother Paul Lipsey. He is survived by: his wife Daneda Kay Barnett Lipsey; his sons, Frantz Lipsey, Jr. (Suzanne) of West Linn and Scott Lipsey (Liz) of Reno Nevada; his stepson Garrett Cullen (Alice) of Manchaca, Texas; and his grandchildren, Caeman, Audrey, Dashiell, Ashton, Nathan, Enzo and Lia.
