She was predeceased by: her parents, William Garland Shumake and Bertie Mae Gray Shumake; her daughter Jeanna Webb Benefield; and her siblings, Mary Shumake, Francis Holley, Joe Shumake, Ray Shumake and Fearl Shumake.
She is survived by: her husband Robert G. "Bob" Hartsfield of Temple; her son Randell Thomas Yancey, Jr. of Dawsonville; her son-in-law Stephen Smith of Dawsonville; her siblings, Jean Bone of Dallas, Nita Craig of Temple, Jessie Holley of Temple and Wiley Shumake of Temple; her grandchild Cassidy Webb of Buchanan; and her great grandchild Drake Croley of Buchanan.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hightower Funeral Home (318 Gordon St, Bremen, GA 30110). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (946 Waddell St, Bremen, GA 30110).
