With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kay H. Moon of Temple, Georgia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cula Thomas Hughie and Frances Tant Hughie; her former husband John Walter Smith III; and her brother-in-law Ted Bell. She is survived by: her husband Michael Moon; her daughters, Jennifer Bailey (Clayton) and Susan Wilkerson (Randy Mayes); her grandchildren, Faith Wilkerson Carnes (Cade), Laine Wilkerson, Patrick Bailey and Kenzie Bailey; her sister Ann Bell; and her nephew David Bell.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Almon Funeral Home (548 Newnan St, Carrollton, GA 30117). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tabernacle Baptist Church (150 Tabernacle Dr, Carrollton, GA 30117).
