He is survived by: his wife Sybol Trotter Whorton; his sons, Tom (Marissa Whorton), Michael (Shannon Whorton) and John (Tonya Whorton); his sister Carol Kisor of Centre, Alabama; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Jessica, Drew, Keith Colton, Zach, Sara, Stone, Luke and Faith. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
