She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Nix, Sr. and Tommie Nix (Yarborough); her husband Larry B. Richards; her daughter Rhonda Hope Harvey; and her brothers, John Henry Nix, Jr. and George Nix.
She is survived by: her son Steve Harvey, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Lisa Harvey of Spinghill, Florida; her brothers, David Nix of Brooksville, Jerry Nix of Floral City, Glen Nix of Brooksville and James Nix of Florida; and her grandson Anthony Harvey (Chase).
