“Just found out about the passing of Doug. We grew up together in Temple and were best friends. I ate at his house as much as my own. We knew each other well and got into trouble together. As I grew up and moved out of State, our relationship lessened. I only have good memories of both Doug, his family and our relationship. I am so sorry of his passing and regret I did not get to continue our childhood togetherness. My love for Doug and respect for his family continues. Steve Lee”
