He was predeceased by: his parents, Waymond Evans and Louise Wilson Evans; his wife Sammie Evans; his daughter Jennifer Evans; and his siblings, Darrell Evans, Jerry Evans, Jeffery Evans, Shirley Baugh, Audrey Prince, Delores Johnson and Brenda Mathis.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Evans, Gregory Evans, Stephanie Mason (Joseph), Brittanie Cook (Dusty) and Brandie Teal (Ben); and his brother Randy Evans. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
