He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie Prater Respress and Charlie Respress. He is survived by: his son Emory Lewis Bentley of Ypsilanti, MI; and his friend Doris Cox. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
