In the vast expanse of eternity, Arthur shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Arthur farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence C. Harbin and Dorothy Jean Miller Harbin. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Price Harbin of Thomaston; his daughter Kelly Black (Tony) of Covington; his sister Susan Deborah McKibben (Ervin) of Brunswick; and his grandchildren, Kaylin McDaniel (Lonis), Michael Mayhew (Chelsea) and Travis "Payton" Burbage. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
