Betty Jean Maynard Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Maynard of Thomaston, Georgia, who passed away on November 26, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Guston Elrod and Mary Weaver Elrod; her husband W. T. Maynard; her daughter Donlea Ryals; her siblings, Louise Bowles, Paul Elrod, Don Elrod and Johnie Elrod; her grandson Daniel Salter; and her great grandchild Krislin Ryals.
She is survived by: her daughter Diane Ryals of Thomaston; her grandchildren, Daryll Ryals, Chris Ryals (Tammy), Kevin Ryals (Julie), Dakota Boyd (Kaleb Stewart) and Matthew Alvarado (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Katie Ryals (Chris Brown), Alexis Ryals, Hannah Ryals, Gage Ryals, Elizabeth Ryals, Sydney McGouirk, Olivia McGouirk and Walker Ryals; and her sister-in-law Betty Elrod.
