He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey William Ramsey, Sr. and Clara Mae Hester Ramsey; and his son Jeff Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Sribungon Daoseth Ramsey "On"; his daughters, Angie McReynolds (Steve) of McDonough and Sherrie Gonzales of McDonough; his grandchildren, Lauren Pitt-McClelland (Jesse), Amber Craig, Anna Gonzales and Alex McReynolds; his great grandchildren, Titus and Novyn; his sisters, Betty Taylor (Stanley) of Coden, AL and Sara Ann Knight of Kelso, TN; his nephew Tim Hendrickson (Pamela); his nephew Todd Hendrickson (Melissa); his great-nephew Seth; his great-niece Rachael; his close friends, Michael Patterson, Jack Gray, Suzie Ross, John King, Steve Tallstal, Meko, Gaye Haralu, Richie Coleman and Duangsamorn "Tui"; Caiden. He is also survived by several other nephews, nieces and friends.
