He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvah Shaw and Emily Louise Pitts Shaw; his wife Betty Fincher Shaw; and his siblings, Bobby Shaw, Francis Railey and Mary Ann Stephens.
He is survived by: his son Jeffery Shaw of Roswell Ga; his sister Mildred Hobbs of Thomaston Ga; and his grandchildren, Emma Shaw and Grant Shaw.
