She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie R. DeLong and Irene Barnett DeLong. She is survived by: her children, Kecia Bennett (Charles) of Thomaston Ga, Heidi Ridgeway (Corbin) of Tx, Joseph Gooden (Deanna), Dwayne Gooden (Rosy) of Canton Ga and Kyle Gooden (Nell) of Thomaston Ga; and her brother Ray DeLong of Meansville Ga. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gathering Church (456 Hannahs Mill Rd, Thomaston, GA 30286). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
