It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carey Elizabeth Gaultney of Thomaston, Georgia, born in Macon, Georgia, who passed away on January 24, 2024, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cary Edgar Gaultney and Kaye Hobbs Gaultney. She is survived by: her son Jackson Blackmon (Richard "Ricky" Johnson); and her sisters, Kecia Adams (Allen), Leisa Epps (Raymond Valent), Penni Webb (Mitchell) and Heather Walker (Blake).
