It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carroll Dwayne Roberts of Thomaston, Georgia, who passed away on May 21, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Carroll Dwayne is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Joseph Roberts and Mae Belle Walls Roberts; his wife Mary Lavell Morris Roberts; and his son Tony Elliott. He is survived by: his children, Chris Nadeau (Ron), Kim Bishop (Randy), Kent Monroe (Tonie), Bubba Rigdon (Honey) and Steve Roberts; and his siblings, Gene Roberts (Vikki), Wilburn Roberts and Florence McHaffie (Cecil). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
