He is survived by: his children, Karen Blevins (John) of Thomaston and Reggie Collins (Tara) of Jackson, Georgia; his grandchildren, Logan Collins (Chelsea), Ben Blevins (Reagan), Rachel Blevins, Rebekah Collins, Jacob Blevins and Garrett Collins (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Kynslee, Keller and Lincoln Collins; his siblings, Javan Collins (Shirley) of Thomaston, Glenn Collins (Patricia) of Thomaston and Patricia Stowers (Eddie) of Alpharetta, Georgia.; and his caregivers, Valerie Smith, Natrica Mayes and Britini Jordan.
