He is survived by: his parents, Brenda Middlebrooks of Thomaston, GA and Dennis Sanders; his brother Christopher Middlebrooks (Mary) of Barnesville, GA; his aunts, Darlene Bailey (Reginald) of Thomaston, GA and Debbie Hobbs of Kathleen, GA; and his uncle Jimmie Sandrs (Connie) of Rolesville, NC. He is also survived by cousins and other relatives and friends.
