He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Fowler and Emma Rudamen Fowler; his wife Brenda Joy Ryall Fowler; his children, Teresa Rivers and Fred Fowler Jr.; his son-in-law Robert Waterhouse; and his sister Ruth Johnson.
He is survived by : his daughters, Lori Fowler of Thomaston, Kimberly Smith (Kevin) of Courtland, Stacey Cooper (Terry) of Lagrange and Kathy Waterhouse of Thomaston; his brothers, Thomas Fowler (Esther) of East Lake and Paul Fowler (Sandra) of Warm Springs; his brother-in-law Stanley Johnson of Kankakee; and his sisters, Sally Schankweiler (Tom) of Lawrenceburg and Carol Ann Henry (Roger) of Columbia. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and thirteen, great-grandchildren.
