He is survived by: his wife Vicki Sewell Watkins of Milner; his children, Denise Buchanan of Newnan, Ken Watkins (Amy) of Fayetteville and Scott Watkins (Cindy) of Thomaston; his brother-in-law Mark Sewell (Billie) of Lavonia; his sister Euleta Phipps of Lindale; his sisters-in-law, Anita Watkins of Thomaston, Christi and Jo; his sibling's child Bell of Avon; his grandchildren, Drew, Oliver, Garrett, Haley (Mickai), Christopher and Morgan; his great grandchild Waylon; and his close friend Liam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
