He is survived by: his caregiver Cheryl Pharr McDonald; his children, Elisabeth "Beth" McDonald of Marietta and Sam McDonald of Thomaston; his stepdaughter Lisa Sikes of Macon; and his grandsons, Gabe and Julian Bernardino.
