He is survived by: his wife Jeanelle Harris; his children, Kay Harris and Jay Harris (Anna); his goddaughter Cathy Doone; his grandchildren, Jodie Marchman (Richard), Jessie Watson (Ben), Jayme Watson (Dillon), Owen Harris (Kaitlyn), Claire Harris and Hugh Harris; his great grandchildren, Hudson Marchman (Huddy), Beckett Watson (Squirt), Merritt and Harris Watson (Peanut); his grandchildren, Brylee Tillery and Presleigh Kate Conway; and his nephew Phil Harris (Bo Bryant).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Jimmy Freeman Foundation, which provides college scholarships to local high school students, or to Pass the Salt at First Baptist Church of Thomaston.
