He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carlton and Iva Lou Revis Bush; and his son Jack Eric Bush (Yellow). He is survived by: his friends, Fred Kirkland, Benny Hammond, Jerry Rogers, Jerry McDonald, Gary Miller and Perry Hamlet; his wife Joan Colquitt Bush; his children, Mark Bush (Elizabeth) and Julie Bush Summerlin; his grandchildren, Victoria Summerlin, Ashley Buxton (Dalton), Hannah Grooms (Austin), Abigail Alvarez (Austin), Morgan Bush, Dixie Summerlin (Matt), Carly, Cyrus, Cree and Colin Maloney; his great grandchildren, Ridge Buxton, Everett Alvarez and Margaret Grooms; and his brother Bill (Mike Bush). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
