It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Tandy Turner of Thomaston, Georgia, who passed away on September 6, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Palmer Turner and Helen Louise Railey Turner; his brother Glenn Turner; and his father-in-law Monroe Brown. He is survived by: his wife Judy Brown Turner of Thomaston; his children, Amy Maddox (Heath) and Dusty Turner (Ashley) of Thomaston; his siblings, Susan Wilson, Bill Turner of Thomaston, Johnny Turner of Thomaston and Wayne Turner of Thomaston; his mother-in-law Martha Brown; and his grandchildren, Landon, Turner Maddox, Jake Helms, Sam and Lilly Turner.
