He was predeceased by: his parents, Pruitt Courtney Ellerbee and Anna Belle Ellerbee; his wife Tammy Lynn Garner Ellerbee; his son Jonathon Ellerbee; and his siblings, Martha Sutton, Pat Williamson and Chuck Ellerbee.
He is survived by: his children, Courtney Ellerbee (Daniel Rice) of Thomaston and Mitchell Ellerbee (Alicia) of Thomaston; his siblings, Lequita Salter of Thomaston and Pruitt "Corky" Ellerbee (Hallie) of Milledgeville; his grandchildren, Easton, Aubree, Chandler, Logan, Corey and Haley; and his great grandchildren, Sawyer and Willow.
