It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Smith of Thomaston, Georgia, who passed away on May 31, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Argroves and Mable Argroves; her husband Billy Walter Smith; and her siblings, Carl Argroves Jr. (Jerry), Jim Argroves and Carol Dianne Woodall.
She is survived by: her siblings, James Richard (Jimmy) and Tracy; her daughters, Tracy Keeter (Derrick) of Thomaston Ga, Teresa Meier (Gary) of Thomaston Ga and Gina Carson (Kerry) of Thomaston Ga; her sisters, Helen Gail Teal (Loren) of Thomaston Ga and Mary Louise Barnes (Jim) of Manchester Ga; her grandchildren, Zac Ford, Adam Ford, Tyler Ford, Brent Martin, Brian Martin, Keri Lynn Smith (Josh) and Ben Carson; and her great grandchildren, Ansleigh Ford, Braxton Ford, Ryder Ford, Connor and Evan Smith.
