He is survived by: his mother Cecilia Combs Lewis (Shari Seymour Lewis) of Cleveland, TN; his children, Jenna Harness (Matt) of Maryville, TN, Larissa Brown of Cleveland, TN, Natalie Fields (Jacob) of Jacksonville, FL, Jacob Lewis (Christina) of Signal Mountain, TN, Bryan Rosales (Ann) of Freemont and Stephen Rosales (Beth) of Columbus; his siblings, Scott Lewis (Darla) of Cleveland, TN, Darrin Lewis (Raul) of Atlanta and Nicole Johnson of Thomaston; and his grandchildren, Parker, Chris, Aubree, Drake, Lilliana, Isaac, Holden, Scarlett and Joseph.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to TUAC at 201 S Center St. Thomaston, GA 30286.
