He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Olney Fowler, Jr. and Lillie Mae Bonds Fowler; and his sister Linda Fowler Knowlton. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Lienau (Adam) of Round Hill, VA and Ross Fowler (Kerry) of Marietta; his brother Leon O. Fowler, III (Sandra); his grandchildren, Ayden Lienau, Hailey Lienau, Starley Fowler and Bexley Fowler; his nephew Lee Fowler (Ruth); and his nieces, Nica Knowlton Floyd and Ann Terrell (Denis).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar Fletcher Day Funeral Home (628 N Church St, Thomaston, GA 30286). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
