She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Felton Brooks and Josephine McKinley Brooks; and her brother Ray Brooks. She is survived by: her husband Terrell Miles of Thomaston; her daughter Karen Spillers Freyermuth (Jeff) of Bath; her stepdaughter Lynn McGahee (Mike) of Thompson; her son Brian Spillers (Joy) of Tallahassee, Florida; her sister-in-law Betty Brooks of Griffin; her brother Byron Brooks (Jo) of Silver Creek; and her grandchildren, Megan, JoAnna, Daniel, Brooke, Mitchell, Gabby and Brandon. She is also survived by her four great grandchildren.
